R. T. Frankian & Associates Awarded Contract on $85 Million Project

R. T. Frankian & Associates, a geotechnical engineering and engineering geology firm in Burbank, was recently awarded the construction inspection contract on the $85 million, 700,000-square-foot campus-style office development by PacTen Partners for the Valencia Corporate Point project. This is PacTen’s newest business park, and it is located at Interstate 5 and Highway 126. PacTen is currently building the 24-story Glendale Plaza. Ground breaking on Valencia Corporate Point will this month.

R. T. Frankian & Associates is celebrating the 35th anniversary of their incorporation this year. Since Richard Frankian founded the company in 1963, and while serving from their headquarters in southern California during this time, R. T. Frankian & Associates has become licensed to work in 8 states. While many changes have occurred in the construction and geotechnical engineering fields since 1963, R. T.
