Firm Celebrates 35th Anniversary R. T. Frankian & Associates, a
geotechnical engineering and engineering geology firm in Burbank,
is celebrating the 35th anniversary of their incorporation. Since
Richard T. Frankian founded the company in 1963, R. T. Frankian
& Associates has worked or consulted on projects in over 38 states
and 6 countries, including development of three master-planned communities;
Albertson Ranch/Calabasas, Valencia/Santa Clarita and the Newhall
Ranch Project. The Newhall Ranch Project is comprised of 12,000
acres and is the single largest project ever approved in the history
of Los Angeles County.
While many changes
have occurred in the construction and geotechnical engineering fields
since 1963, R. T. Frankian & Associates has continued to provide
its clients with value-added engineering solutions for a wide range
of projects over the last 35 years. Current CEO, James A. Frankian
